Management budgeted $1,920,000 for capital improvements to The Esperanza Apartments over the first two years of ownership including new roofing, repaving/striping the parking areas, new siding/painting, remodeling the leasing office, fitness center, community room and business center, installation of a picnic area, new monument and ancillary signage, installation of perimeter fencing and unit interior upgrades. The unit upgrades include updated counters, new wood vinyl and carpet flooring, new appliances, new light fixtures, new faucets and plumbing fixtures, new paint throughout including cabinets and an accent wall.
