Third Quarter 2015 Capital Improvements Progress Update
YaleTowne Prior to Improvements
Management budgeted $2,260,000 for capital improvements to the property over the first two years of ownership including installing a perimeter fence and entry/exit gates, new siding on the exterior of residential buildings and clubhouse, complete remodel of clubhouse interior and pool area, carports, new monument sign, new sport court and resurface tennis court, and interior upgrades to units. The upgraded unit interiors include granite counters, new wood vinyl plank and carpet flooring, new appliances in Silver Mist color, new light fixtures, new faucets and plumbing fixtures, new paint throughout including cabinets and an accent wall, and laundry hook-ups in select 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units.
